|
The Westminster High Yield Portfolio provides investors with
a global, highly diversified fixed income investment opportunity.
This long term and highly diversified fixed income strategy
is for global investors seeking consistent returns, low volatility
and low correlation to other assets and investments in their
portfolios.
The objective of Westminster High Yield Portfolio is to provide
investors with a targeted return of 10% per annum and preserve
capital over the long term. The fund’s targeted return will
be achieved by providing short-term fully collateralized debt
financing to a diversified portfolio of high quality real estate
properties on a co-investment basis alongside market leading
institutional providers and pension funds. |

Account Administration |

The
account has retained the services of Westminster, Hope &
Turnberry, Ltd. to administer and invest the portfolio that
secures this account. The investor understands and agrees
that Westminster administers other investment funds and may
effect transactions with respect to securities in which it,
its officers, directors, employees and affiliates may have a
direct or indirect financial interest.
