Fund Management (C.F.M.) is an equity fund with the goal of
preservation of capital and the absolute return on capital.
Westminster Hope & Turnberry, Ltd. is the administrator
of this fund, which is managed by several of the top rated money
managers in the world today. These money mangers are available
only to very high net worth individuals or institutions capable
of meeting large account minimums. |

Investment Discipline |
|
The
investment discipline varies between managers but has the common
focus of absolute performance instead of relative performance.
Philosophies vary from identifying companies with undiscovered
value through analysis of discretionary cash flow and quality
of management to investment in high quality Mid Cap or all Cap
companies with sustainable earnings, strong fundamentals and
durable franchises. These mangers also have a common tread of
conservative management as illustrated by substantially lower
volatility than the overall markets. Returns represent a weighted
compilation of the returns of individual mangers and past performance
is not indicative of future returns |

Account Administration |
| The
account has retained the services of Westminster, Hope
& Turnberry, Ltd. to administer and invest the portfolio
that secures this account. The investor understands
and agrees that Westminster administers other investment
funds and may effect transactions with respect to securities
in which it, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates
may have a direct or indirect financial interest.
